I am quitting this site because I am angry to the point where that little mood smilie doesn't even remotely symbolize exactly how angry I am. I am angry because a few days after summer ended I was reflecting on how my freshmen year went and the fog of my mind cleared to reveal something vile: I have been abused for a good portion of the year. The sword was twisted in my emotional wounds by people I actually thought I was close to. This has to do with DA because TWO of the people I am angry at are on this site, and ONE of them is in deeper water than the other. Neither of these is my best friend (sorry if I freaked you out, Kelly )

I am angry because a group of my close friends decided to betray me and help my ex best friend mess with me all year. You guys told me you were going to "not pick sides", but you lied and tried to pick both. In case you hadn't noticed, I didn't take it very well when she told me off over the phone and pulled a childish shunning act. In fact, I was pretty damn upset. I knew you guys wanted to stay friends with her anyway, so I decided to respect that and tried to pretend I wasn't upset. Well, it started to get really hard when you guys kept talking about her in every other conversation we had with all the goofy things she did yesterday along with how she wants me, the "bitch" to rot in the deepest pit in Hell. What I want to know is, why tell me these things? Why did you think that was ok? Why didn't you stick up for me when she said these things about me? I can defend myself just fine, but how the hell am I supposed to defend about comments made behind my back? Of course, every time one of you guys decided to help spread the hate to me I'd just try to sheild myself from it and start insulting her back. You guys would nod your heads and sometimes even cheer me on! Where did that go when you guys were with her? You respected her when she said you couldn't mention my name in front of her, but why wasn't I resected the same way? Why does it look like you guys fear her? Can you admit that it's true? You tell my how annoyed you are with her, but you don't do anything about it just because it might be more convenient for you just to stay friends with her. Well, I have no sympathy for that, not one bit. By choosing to pick both her side and my side, you've just started an ugly competition for who's better friends with who. I have too much self respect to stay in a whacked competition like this, so I quit. If you want my friendship, then come and get me. All I ask for in a friend is some communication every so often, respect, and someone who has my back when I need it. What were you doing when I needed help? I demand an answer to that question.

If you two still want to be friends with me, then we need to talk, preferably in person. I want an apology and a promise that you won't do this to me again.
